How do I place an order?Form, email or CSV

Use our Request a Quote form, email your list, or upload a CSV/PO. We’ll confirm availability and pricing the same day.

What’s the order cutoff time?10 PM for next day

Place orders by 10 PM for next-morning delivery. Late orders are handled case-by-case depending on market stock.

Can I set a standing weekly order?Yes

Yes. We can lock in staples as a weekly standing order and adjust quantities as your menu changes.

Where do you deliver?Melbourne metro

We deliver across Melbourne metro from our hub in Hoppers Crossing. Regional deliveries by arrangement.

What delivery windows are available?6–10 AM preferred

Preferred window is 6–10 AM. Other slots (10–2 or 2–5) are available depending on route planning.

Do you maintain cold-chain?Yes

Yes — chilled handling from market pick to your cool room to protect freshness and shelf life.

How is pricing set?Market-linked

Prices follow daily market rates for produce. Send your list and we’ll provide a tailored quote with any seasonal alternatives.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?Yes

Yes — submit ABN and trade references to open an account. We offer weekly consolidated invoicing and PO matching.

What are your payment terms?Weekly invoices

Weekly invoicing; payments via EFT (and card on request). Terms are confirmed during account setup.

Do you supply paneer and dairy?Yes

Can you source exotics and herbs?Yes

We source okra, methi, curry leaves, bird’s eye chillies and more. See Herbs & Exotics.

Can you match chef specs?Ripeness, size, cut

Yes — we’ll match size, ripeness and cut to your menu to reduce waste and keep dishes consistent.
